Orbit- the path the Earth takes around the sun Crater- a hole in the moon made from a rock Constellation- a group of stars that forms a picture in the sky Astronomer- a scientist who studies the night sky Astronaut- someone who actually goes to space Telescope- an instrument used to get a closer look at the night sky Weather- what it feels like outside. Rain Gauge- a tool that measures the amount of rain at a location. Wind Vane- a tool that shows wind direction. Thermometer- a tool that measures temperature. Precipitation- rain, snow, sleet, and hail. Meteorologist- a scientist who studies the weather.
